Option 1. Quit it from Dock Bar: Right click on the icon of Ableton Live on the Dock, then choose Quit;

1. Open Applications folder;
2. Click and hold the Ableton Live icon;

all files in:

Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Ableton/Live Database/
